Requires Operation Flashpoint - Resistance expansion.

Adds a new island named "Nogojev" which is Kolgujev island
with tree models from Nogova, new towns, new 512x512 land
textures and other improvements.

This is a preview version, future versions will propably
add more trees and possibly other things to the island so
be prepared to update missions you make now if needed.
